Who We Are and What We Do
Three institutions are working in close partnership toward a common goal: the construction of a Community Competence Center (CCC) in Nkoaranga, Tanzania. Each partner contributes its own expertise – in education, planning and implementation, funding, and international collaboration.

Changelis is a non-profit limited liability company (gUG) that develops global projects promoting self-help and economic independence.
Changelis is the project sponsor and main financial supporter of the Community Competence Center in Tanzania and relies on donations.

Bamboo-Build
HTWG Konstanz – Design-Build-Projekt
As part of a Master's design-build project at HTWG Konstanz, 20 architecture students are planning and building a Community Competence Center in Nkoaranga, Tanzania.
The structure is made of locally available bamboo – a fast-growing, sustainable material.
